Essential Support Coordination values your feedback.  Your compliments and /or complaints provide an opportunity for us to continuously improve service delivery.

It is against the law for any person making a complaint to be disadvantaged.  

To make a complaint please contact Essential Support Coordiantion in the following ways:

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 business days.

You can expect your complaint to be resolved within 28 days depending on the complexity of the issues. 

If you are not happy with the outcome of your complaint Essential Support Coordination will provided you with details of organisations that can assist you to take the matter further including
